Job summary

CS UK Recruitment Ltd is helping a leading care home in Weymouth, Dorset to recruit a dedicated Support Worker for night shifts. You will help provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents and support daily living activities.

You must have an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent. The role is permanent full-time (36 hours/week) with a salary of £12.80–£13.45 per hour and monthly pay, plus benefits including induction, DBS costs covered, and recognition rewards.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent is required.
• Experience in nursing/residential care is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Be an essential part of the team, promoting the well-being and providing the highest quality of care to residents.
• Assist with daily tasks, including personal care and companionship.
• Encourage independence and supporting residents with daily routines and activities.
• Ensure accurate record keeping at all times.
