Job summary

TipTopJob is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for a nursing home in Weymouth, Dorset. You will provide high-quality care to residents in a setting specialising in general and dementia nursing, residential and respite care.

The home is rated Good by CQC and offers a permanent full-time role delivering 36 hours per week on day or night shifts. The position requires an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent and provides a comprehensive benefits package including pension, paid

This nursing home specialises in general and dementia nursing, residential and respite care for the elderly. The home is currently rated as Good by CQC.

To be considered for this position you must have an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent

As a Support Worker Your Key Duties Include

• Be an essential part of the team, promoting the well:being and providing the highest quality of care to residents
• Assist with daily tasks, inclusive of all personal care assistance from supporting with personal hygiene, through to days out and companionship

Benefits

The successful Support Worker will receive an excellent salary of GBP13.45 per hour and the annual salary is GBP25,178.40 per annum. This exciting position is a permanent full time role for 36 hours a week working on days or night shifts.
