Priory is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for a night shift at Cotswold Lodge, New Romney, Kent. The role involves assisting adults with learning disabilities and/or autism, following individual care plans, and contributing to positive outcomes for residents.
You’ll work 36 hours per week, primarily 10pm–7am, in a residential setting. NVQ2 in Health & Social Care or equivalent is essential, with additional training provided by Priory.

Cotswold Lodge, New Romney, Kent is a residential service supporting 6 adults with a range of needs. It is located in a town setting and is accessible by public transport, with local bus routes and nearby rail links via Ashford International. Due to the location of the service, access to a vehicle or the ability to drive is recommended.
You will be part of a compassionate team who are committed to our residents wellbeing. We take a personalised approach, using proven therapies to help people move forward with confidence and build a healthier, more fulfilling future. You will play a key part in their recovery, assisting qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans, undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed or delegated to facilitate wellbeing, dignity and treatment of residents
