From £9.50 per hour to £10.23 per hour at weekends

Location:

Dunwood Court, Salisbury Road, Sherfield English, Nr Romsey SO51 6GR.

Hours:

Working every other week on Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays, 20:00-08:00 (accommodation provided during shifts)

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic, flexible, and motivated Support Worker to cover alternate Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday nights, 8 pm-8 am.

Your responsibilities will include supporting our independent Homeowners as needed. You should be comfortable working independently and using your initiative.

You will be a visible and reassuring presence for Owners, helping to provide security and peace of mind 24/7. Your duties include maintaining communal areas, ensuring a safe environment, and supporting activities within the development.

About you

The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer care skills, be empathetic, and thrive in a busy, varied role. Previous experience as a Support Worker is not required but experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or the care industry is beneficial.

You should be supportive, reassuring, and capable of maintaining confidentiality. You will act with sensitivity and diplomacy, while also managing safety and security effectively.

Basic computer skills and experience with email are necessary to assist with site administration.
