Healthcare Support Worker Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a difference in patients' lives and those of their carers and relatives daily. Our Healthcare Support Workers are integral to our multidisciplinary teams, supporting registered nurses in planning, delivering, and evaluating care. Responsibilities include:
