Job summary

Cygnet in Suffolk is seeking a confident Night Support Worker to provide person-centered care for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs in a residential home.

You'll work 39.8 hours per week on night shifts at Fairways, with DBS check required, apprenticeship options, and benefits like discounts and wellbeing support.

Responsibilities

• Work 39.8 hours per week in a residential care home with adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs.
• Provide enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for service users, patients & residents.
• Offer guidance and encouragement through physical and emotional support.
• Learn about individuals' specific needs and provide help in the most appropriate way.
• Assist with medical and welfare needs and report as required.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for all.
• Be genuinely driven with a desire to make a real difference in people's lives.
• Be an excellent communicator and a good team player.
• Be sensitive and intuitive with the energy to provide a trusting, stimulating and varied environment.
• Empower and support service user independence.

We are looking for a confident Night Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care.

You'll be working 39.8 hours a week (night shifts) at Fairways.

Located in a beautiful Suffolk village, Fairways supports adults with learning disabilities and associated complex needs who may have behaviours that challenge. The home provides longer term placements for individuals who require round the clock care and support. Person-centred planning is at the heart of everything we do based on each individual's specific need.
