Job summary

Turning Tides is seeking a dedicated team member to support individuals experiencing homelessness or housing instability within our Move on Housing portfolio. You will provide medium to low support, helping clients transition from high-support services to independent living.

The role includes assisting with assessments, maintaining records, and contributing to service outcomes while following health, safeguarding, and data management standards. Flexible working and wellbeing support are offered.

Responsibilities

  • Support Work: Employ a psychologically informed approach, perform assessments, and help clients with practical life skills.
  • Housing Management: Welcome new residents, maintain records, and oversee void management processes.
  • Monitoring: Track client data and craft reports on outcomes while ensuring financial compliance.
  • Compliance: Uphold policies, safeguarding, health and safety, and data management.

Your Impactful Role:

As a member of our team, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting individuals in transition within our Move on Housing portfolio. You’ll provide crucial medium to low support, helping clients move from high support temporary services to independent living.

Key Responsibilities:
