Elysium Healthcare is seeking a Support Worker for Ormesby House in West Hill, Oxted, Surrey. You will work with a team to support residents with mental health conditions, carrying out rounds, updating records, and assisting with daily living needs.

A positive attitude and resilience are essential to help residents progress along their recovery pathway. The role is permanent, full-time (35 hours/week) with shifts from 7am to 10pm, every other weekend.

Qualifications

• Prioritise dignity and respect in care.
• Ability to work with mental health conditions.
• Commitment to safeguarding and DBS checks.

Responsabilités

• Provide care and support to residents on the unit.
• Assist with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Record patient information and progress in records.
• Engage residents in activities and outings as required.
