About The Role

Reporting to: Registered Manager

Salary: £12.23 – £14.10 per hour

Location: Medway

Working Hours: Part Time (30 hours) / Full Time (45 hours)

About the Role

LDC Care has been supporting people since 1999. As we continue to grow, we are looking for inspiring, friendly, and caring individuals to join our care teams as we expand into Medway. You will need a passion for supporting people to achieve their full potential and a drive to provide new experiences to those we support.

As a Support Worker at LDC Care, no two days are the same. You will support our service users with their hobbies and interests, which include holidays, pamper days, events, cinema visits, theme parks, and shopping trips.

We provide comprehensive training through a two-week induction at our Head Office, and our commitment to lifelong learning is demonstrated through our LDC Academy and career development opportunities in social care.

As we open new venues in Medway, we need Support Workers to help us deliver high-quality, bespoke support to those in need.

You will receive day-to-day support from a friendly team and experienced Registered Managers.

About You

Experience in care settings supporting adults with similar needs is preferred but not essential. Formal qualifications in care are advantageous, but we also welcome newcomers eager to start a career in social care. The key qualities we seek are kindness, caring nature, strong ethical values, and resilience to support individuals through both good and challenging times.
