Job summary

United Response in Mansfield is seeking a Support Worker on a maternity cover basis. The role is fixed-term for 12 months, 30 hours per week, and pays £13.25 per hour, with excellent benefits.

You will support people with daily routines, including dressing, personal care, finances, medication, and appointments, and help with employment and volunteering activities in line with personal plans. A full manual UK driving licence is required, and an enhanced DBS check will be conducted.

Qualifications

• Full manual UK driving licence is required.
• Experience using digital or mobile apps is desirable; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with day-to-day routines per personal plans (dressing, personal care, finances, medication, appointments).
• Assist with employment, volunteering and hobbies; build relationships and empower choices.
• Use Nourish app to access and update care and support plans.
