POSITION: Support Worker
HOURS: Full Time, 30 hours per week
We are currently looking people to join our team who are committed to meeting the needs of all the people we support, that have a good sense of humour and are friendly towards others. Our specialist Supported Living and Outreach service in Maidenhead , provides support for people with Learning Disabilities . We understand the importance of providing person-centred support that enables independence and meets each individual's needs.
As a Support Worker, you will be involved in the day to day support and routine of the people within the service including:
