£12.00 - £12.70 Depending on experience - We are seeking Wake Night Support Workers to join our supportive team in Maidenhead.

Joining our team at Maidenhead offers a fulfilling and rewarding experience, providing stability with opportunities for career growth. Many of our Managers and Team Leaders started as Support Workers and advanced through ongoing training and coaching.

Our specialist Supported Living and Outreach service in Weymouth supports individuals with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health needs, and Acquired Brain Injuries. We focus on person-centred support that promotes independence and meets individual needs.

Support Worker Responsibilities include:
  • Promoting independence and helping clients lead fulfilling lives
  • Supporting and encouraging development of personal skills through hobbies and interests
  • Assisting with healthcare needs, including appointments and medication administration
  • Teaching life skills such as budgeting, paying bills, and shopping
  • Assisting with personal care (depending on the individual)
  • Supporting domestic tasks like cleaning and cooking

No prior experience in care is needed as full training, coaching, and development are provided.
