Calling all compassionate and dedicated individuals! Mencap is seeking passionate Support Workers to join our team in Lowestoft.

As a Support Worker, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities. You will work with a diverse group of people, each with their own unique abilities and needs, assisting with daily activities and providing emotional support.

What we're looking for:

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Contract options:

• Part-time: Flexible hours based on availability.
• Days: Between 07:00-21:00.
• Sleep-in shifts: Receive an enhanced flat rate payment of £62.45.
