Job summary

Keys is recruiting a Support Worker in Liskeard, Cornwall (PL14) to provide daily living support for a young man in his own home. You will follow routines, promote independence, assist with health needs, and help with budgeting and domestic tasks, with 24/7 support and flexible shifts.

No prior experience required as full training is provided. The role requires a valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for local travel.

About our Service:

Our specialist Supported Living and Outreach service in Liskeard, provides support for people with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health needs and Acquired Brain Injuries.

Our single service is recruiting for a young man who lives in his own property. He is very sociable and attends various community based activities such as theatre group, swimming, gym . He enjoys cooking and is encouraged to maintain a healthy diet . He is very proud of owning his own home and takes pride in maintaining it to a high standard. The property is located close to all local amenities and is close to main transport links. 24/7 support with sleep ins required. flexible shift patterns.

What You’ll Do as a Support Worker:

• Provide daily support to individuals based on their routines and needs
