Lifeways in Scopwick, Lincoln is hiring a full-time day shift Support Worker to help people with learning disabilities and complex needs lead fulfilling, independent lives. The role offers 35 hours per week across 7:30am–2:30pm, 2:30pm–9:30pm and 7:30am–9:30pm on a rota.

You will receive comprehensive training, ongoing support and opportunities to develop within a values-led team that prioritizes being supported, feeling valued and having impact.

Qualifications

• Experience in care is not required; comprehensive training provided.
• Ability to support people with learning disabilities and complex needs.
• Willingness to learn and grow with the team.
