Job summary

CTRC Community Interest Company in London is seeking a full-time support worker to help service users access community activities, attend appointments, and promote independence with person-centred care.

Training can be provided. Applicants should have at least 12 months caring experience or be willing to train. We value caring, compassionate, loyal and reliable staff with good written and verbal communication, capable of mobility support for users with complex needs.

Qualifications

• To complete Mandatory training By CTRC.
• At least 12 months experience in a caring role, If not training can be given.
• To be caring, compassionate, loyal and reliable.
• To have good communications skills (both written and verbal).
• Working with Severe Learning Disability with complex needs.
• Flexible staff is Essential.

Responsibilities

• To support the service user with accessing activities in the community, attending collegue and appointments.
• To promote and encourage her independence.
• To follow and implement individual care plan.
• Make sure that their basic needs and wellbeing are being addressed and personal centred care is delivered at the highest standard.
