Heart of England Mencap in Studley, Warwickshire is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to help adults with learning disabilities live independently and participate in the community. You will support with daily living tasks, encourage independence, and accompany people to activities such as the gym or swimming.

This is a full-time role offering training and progression opportunities. A caring, reliable approach and flexibility to work evenings and weekends are essential.

We're looking for a caring and enthusiastic Support Worker to join our team in the Studley area.

About the Role

Working as part of a friendly and experienced team, you will support adults with learning disabilities to live independently, develop new skills and make the most of every day.

No two days are the same. Your role could include:

• Supporting with personal care and daily living tasks

• Accompanying customers to activities such as the gym and swimming
• Building positive relationships and promoting wellbeing

This is a full-time role requiring flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and sleep-ins.
