Job summary

Keys Group is seeking a Male Support Worker for Danes House in Maidenhead to provide day-to-day care and support for residents with learning disabilities and mental health needs.

You will promote independence, assist with daily activities, and accompany residents to appointments, while helping develop life skills and managing routine tasks. A driving license and flexibility are essential.

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driving license required.
• Must be flexible to cover day and night shifts.
• Gender requirement due to genuine occupational need.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support and routine for residents.
• Encourage independence and assist with activities of daily living.
• Support development of personal skills through hobbies and interests.
• Assist with healthcare needs and accompany to appointments.
• Assist with budgeting, bills and shopping.
• Support with personal care and domestic tasks.
• Offer emotional and physical support.
