Job summary
Keys Group is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs in Maidenhead. The role involves daily living support, medical assistance, and promoting independence to enable a fulfilling life.
Applicants must have a full UK manual driving license and be able to cover day and night shifts. A male candidate is requested due to the genuine occupational requirement for the people we support.

- Full UK manual driving license and willingness to cover day and night shifts.

Responsibilities
- Day-to-day support and routine of the people we support.
- Promoting independence while helping them live a fulfilling life.
- Supporting development of personal skills through hobbies and interests.
- Maintaining health care needs, including accompanying to routine appointments or administering medication.
- Teaching life skills such as budgeting, paying bills & shopping.
- Assisting with personal care as required.
- Assisting with domestic tasks including cleaning & cooking.
- Providing guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support.
