Job summary

Oakhurst Lodge is an eight-placement residential service run by Cygnet Health Care for adults with autism and learning disabilities. The Support Worker role is 20 hours per week, with day shifts of 12, 10, or 8 hours across a seven‑day rota and around two weekends a month. An enhanced DBS check is required.

The role focuses on daily routines, encouraging independence, and taking residents on activities in the local community, promoting wellbeing and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting adults with autism or learning disabilities.
• Experience in a care setting.

Responsibilities
