Mencap in Portsmouth is seeking a passionate Support Worker to join our incredible team. You’ll deliver high-quality, flexible support to individuals with learning disabilities, helping them live as independently as possible and enjoy meaningful lives.

All our services are 24hr care with rotas prepared in advance; roles require a positive, empathetic attitude and the ability to work various shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays. DBS checks and references apply.
