Job summary

Mencap in Luton is seeking dedicated Support Workers to join our team. You will support people with learning disabilities with everyday activities, offer emotional encouragement, and provide companionship in a diverse, person-centred setting.

The role involves flexible shifts (evenings, weekends, bank holidays) and 24-hour care rotas, with full-time hours of 37.5 per week and DBS checks for suitability. A pro-rata holiday entitlement and benefits are included.
