Certitude is recruiting a Support Worker in the UK to help people with learning disabilities achieve personal goals and participate in their communities. The role involves working across multiple locations and delivering recovery-oriented, person-centred support.

You will undertake practical care tasks, support planning, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to maximise independence and quality of life for those supported by Certitude.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting people with learning disabilities or autism.
• Ability to remain calm and confident in challenging situations.
• Good IT skills and reliable record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist support to enable person-centred outcomes.
• Support with everyday tasks to maximise independence.
• Ensure plans and records are accurate and up to date.
• Work with managers and team members to deliver a great service.
• Undertake levels of personal care and manual handling.
