Job summary

Keys Group is seeking a Female Support Worker for our Beaconsfield service. The role is 40 hours per week, ideally three long days, based in Beaconsfield (HP9). A full UK manual driving license is essential, and a DBS check will be fully covered by Keys Group.

We support adults with learning disabilities, focusing on person-centred care and independence. Benefits include paid DBS, induction, access to career development and a generous annual leave package.

Qualifications

• Full UK Manual Driving License is essential.
• Female candidate required due to Genuine Occupational Requirement.
• Experience in learning disability support is preferred.
• Beaconsfield location with 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Promote a person-centred support culture across the service.
• Support daily living, including personal care and medication as per plan.
• Coach and enable independent living skills like cooking and laundry.
• Help clients access community activities and opportunities.
• Safeguard rights and dignity of service users.
• Contribute to support plans and risk assessments.
• Communicate effectively within the team and attend meetings.
