Ranworth House in Eastbourne is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help adults with learning disabilities and autism lead more independent lives. You’ll join a compassionate team, contribute to recovery pathways, and support with daily tasks and personal care in a 9-bed residential setting.

The role is full-time (35 hours weekly) on a rota, with shifts from early morning to evening and weekend work. DBS checks are required; training and development opportunities are provided to help you grow

Qualifications

• Experience working with autism and epilepsy.
• Willing to undergo a DBS check.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to adults with learning disabilities and autism.
• Perform ward rounds and update patient records.
• Support with personal hygiene and daily living tasks.
• Work as part of a rota, including weekends.
