Elysium Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for Ranworth House in Eastbourne. You will join a caring team delivering compassionate care to adults with a learning disability, including those on the autism spectrum and with epilepsy, on a 35-hour weekly rota.

DBS clearance is a requirement, and you will contribute to a recovery-focused care pathway. The role offers training and development, with a supportive workplace culture emphasising kindness, teamwork and ongoing professional

Qualifications

• Relevant experience with autism and epilepsy.
• Willing to undergo a DBS check.
• Ability to work in a demanding clinical environment with empathy.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to people with learning disabilities and autism.
• Conduct ward rounds, analyse behaviours and adapt care accordingly.
• Update patient records and assist with personal hygiene where needed.
• Work as part of an inclusive team on a 35-hour weekly rota, including weekends.
