Job summary

Resourcing Group is seeking a compassionate female Support Worker for a day service in Truro (TR4). This part-time, days-only role involves assisting adults with profound learning disabilities and complex needs in a structured daytime environment. Induction, training and ongoing development are provided.

The role requires right to work in the UK and is not eligible for visa sponsorship. If you are patient, reliable and a team player, we'd like to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting adults with PMLD and complex health needs.

Support Worker - Learning Disabilities & Complex Needs (Female Only)
Day Service | Truro (TR4)

We are recruiting a compassionate female Support Worker to join a specialist day service supporting adults with profound and multiple learning disabilities (PMLD) and complex health needs.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly, experienced team delivering meaningful, person-centred support in a structured daytime environment.

Visa sponsorship is not available for this role - you must have the right to work in the UK to apply.

  • £13.31 per hour (days)
  • Part-time contract (16+ hours)
