Job summary

We are care ltd. provides residential support across the Black Country for adults with learning disabilities and behaviours that challenge. You will join a friendly team delivering person-centred care in residential and supported living services.

You will work a mix of days, nights and weekends, choosing shifts and joining regular teams to build relationships with the people you support. A DBS check and right to work in the UK are required.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism or mental health needs is a real plus.
• At least 6 months of paid UK care experience, with a reference.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Enhanced DBS, or willing to apply.
