Job summary

The Aldingbourne Trust in Bognor Regis is seeking passionate Support Workers for our Supported Living Project. You will help tenants live independently in their own flats, supporting daily living, meals, and activities.

The role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, bank holidays and sleep-ins. We offer 33 days holiday pro rata, life assurance, employee assistance, Blue Light Card, bike scheme, staff discounts, and a £200 refer-a-friend bonus.

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for helping people develop independence skills.
• Ability to organise time to maximise the People we Support's time.
• Experience working with people with a learning disability and/or autism.

Responsibilities

• Help tenants plan their weekly shop.
• Assist with home tasks like cooking, cleaning and daily living.
• Encourage independence, confidence and new experiences.
• Support with personal care and medication.
• Build strong, trusting relationships that make a real difference.
