Keys Group is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our new service in Merthyr Tydfil (The Jays). You will assist adults with daily routines, promote independence, support personal care and health needs, and help with budgeting and community activities in a caring setting.

The role is 35 hours per week in a supportive environment, with DBS paid, pension, annual leave, and opportunities for career development. Applicants must be 18+ due to client vulnerability.

Qualifications

• Day-to-day support of people we support
• Promoting independence and life skills
• Health care support and medication administration
• Assistance with personal care and daily domestic tasks

Responsibilities

• Support people in daily routines and activities
• Encourage independence through hobbies and interests
• Assist with budgeting, paying bills and shopping
• Accompany to appointments and manage medications
• Provide emotional and physical support when needed
