Active Care Group is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for our Brain Injury Rehabilitation and Neurological Care Centre in Hothfield, Kent. The role is full-time, on-site, with a rota.

You will support patients through rehabilitation and daily living, building trust and ensuring safety while communicating with clinical staff. The ideal candidate shows genuine care for young adults, and experience in care is beneficial though not essential.

Qualifications

• Interest in delivering person-centred care.
• Care sector experience is advantageous.
• Enhanced DBS is required.
