National Care Group is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join Highlea Care, Ferryhill. You will provide compassionate support to adults with learning disabilities and complex needs, helping them with daily tasks and personal care.

This role offers 35 hours per week, pays £12.71 per hour (£23,132.20 annually), and includes training, career development, and a supportive team.
