Job summary

CYGNET Manor in Clipstone is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our high dependency care team. You will provide physical and emotional support to men with learning disabilities and complex needs, including behaviours that challenge, ensuring a safe and respectful environment.

You will work a mix of days and nights, totaling 42 hours weekly, with opportunities for flexible learning, apprenticeship schemes, and wellbeing support. DBS check is required.

Qualifications

• Provide physical and emotional support to service users.
• Assist with medical and welfare needs and report as required.
• Safeguard and maintain a safe, clean environment for all.

Responsibilities

• Work 42 hours per week on site at Cygnet Manor, with a mix of day and night shifts.
• Support men with learning disabilities and complex needs, including behaviours that challenge.
• Encourage independence and provide guidance and encouragement to residents.
