Job summary

Thames Reach in London is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help move people away from the streets this winter. You could be supporting clients directly, contributing to a new service launch, or guiding a team through rapid mobilisation.

Your ability to build trust and work with diverse individuals will be valued across all roles. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds, including those new to homelessness work or with lived experience, and offer generous benefits and development

Qualifications

• Strong transferable communication and organisational skills.
• Sound judgement and enthusiasm for helping people experiencing homelessness.
• Experience of support work or related roles is valued.

Responsibilities

• Support people directly in outreach or in service delivery.
• Contribute to mobilisation of new services across London.
• Help lead teams through fast-paced changes and expansions.
