Your resume and cover letter, tailored to exactly what they’re hiring for.
Thames Reach in London is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help move people away from the streets this winter. You could be supporting clients directly, contributing to a new service launch, or guiding a team through rapid mobilisation.
Your ability to build trust and work with diverse individuals will be valued across all roles. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds, including those new to homelessness work or with lived experience, and offer generous benefits and development
Following the Government’s announcement of funding to ensure everyone has a route away from the streets this Christmas, Thames Reach is preparing to recruit for a range of roles across London and want to hear now from people interested in helping people experiencing homelessness to rebuild their lives.
This is an opportunity to join a respected homelessness charity at an important moment, helping shape and deliver services that can make an immediate difference.
You could be supporting people directly, bringing a new service into operation or leading a team through a fast-paced mobilisation.
Whatever the role, you will be joining an organisation where your judgement, initiative and experience to build trusting relationships will be valued.
New services are being mobilised in new areas across London, and existing teams are being expanded and changed. This means that we don't yet know where all these jobs will be. We're interested in your preferences for an area or type of work, but we particularly welcome applicants who can be flexible.
You must have the right to work in the UK, unfortunately we do not offer sponsorships.
