Job summary

Agincare is seeking a dedicated Support Worker at our Maiden Bradley service. You will assist multiple individuals with learning disabilities, helping with personal care and daily routines while fostering independence and meaningful community engagement.

A Full UK driving licence is required due to rural location, and you will build trusting relationships with residents. The role offers full training, career development opportunities, and shifts from 7am–2pm or 2pm–10pm.

Qualifications

• Calm, patient and caring approach; willingness to learn and build trust.
• Team player who values consistency.
• Full UK driving licence (due to rural location).
• 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK.
• Excellent career development opportunities and fully funded training up to QCF Level 5.
