Calling all compassionate and dedicated individuals! Mencap is seeking passionate Support Workers to join our team in Hayes, Middlesex. We are offering:
As a Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities. You will work with a diverse group of people, each with unique abilities and needs, assisting with daily activities and providing emotional support.
The service currently supports 5 adults with needs including epilepsy, diabetes, mental health, and Alzheimer's.
All services are 24-hour care. Rotas are prepared at least 4 weeks in advance to help you plan your personal and social life. Shifts include:
Sleep-in roles are available with an enhanced flat rate payment of £63.70.
*All roles are subject to an enhanced DBS check and suitable references.
