Job description

Shift and Schedule: 4 days on, 4 days off rolling rota, including holiday cover where required.

AMS Case Management is excited to present this new opportunity for a support worker in the Hartlepool area.

The role involves providing prompts, reminders, and supervision to the client to help maintain his routine and engage in valued activities such as socialising, physical activity, maintaining family contact, and promoting wellbeing and quality of life.

Client and Role:

• The client is a gentleman with an acquired brain injury.
• The support involves prompts, reminders, and supervision for routine maintenance and community access.
• 1-1 support.

Successful Applicant:

• Experience working with clients with acquired brain injuries is advantageous.
• Enthusiastic, flexible, and eager to help the client progress.
• Experience working with MDT professionals is advantageous.
• This is a great opportunity for an experienced support worker to make a real difference.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence and have use of own vehicle with relevant insurance.
