Job summary

SeeAbility in Redhill, Surrey is seeking a Female Support Worker to support five individuals in a supported living setting. The role is permanent, 37.5 hours per week, with a competitive hourly rate of £13.70 and benefits.

You will assist with daily routines, plan activities, build relationships, and maintain accurate records, contributing to a values-led team that supports independence and dignity.

Qualifications

• Strong English communication skills (spoken & written).
• The ability to work full-time (37.5 hours per week) with a 7-day availability.
• Previous experience in a care/support setting.
• A valid manual UK driving licence.
• The legal right to live and work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Supporting daily routines from morning to bedtime.
• Planning and enjoying person-centred activities – walks, swimming, shopping and trips out.
• Building trusted, respectful relationships that support confidence and wellbeing.
• Keeping clear and accurate records.
• Working closely with colleagues and professionals.
