Job summary

Creative Support is seeking a passionate Support Worker to join our Stockton and Billingham services, helping service users with mental health and learning disabilities to live independently and stay mentally and physically well in a supportive environment.

Full training is provided via our Training Academy, with progression toward a QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care. Car drivers are preferable; apply on the Creative Support site with the vacancy reference 91638.

Qualifications

• No previous care experience required; full training provided by Creative Support Training Academy.
• Support Service Users with mental health and learning disabilities.
• Role based in Stockton and Billingham, UK.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care and support to clients to participate in daily activities.
• Use positive communication to engage with clients and promote wellbeing.
• Be confident when lone working and maintain safety protocols.
