Job summary

Prosperity Care & Wellbeing Ltd is seeking caring, patient staff to support adults with complex needs in a shared supported living service. You will provide personal care, offer dedicated one-to-one support, and promote independence, wellbeing and daily living skills within residents’ own homes.

Shift Pattern:7am – 3pm, 3pm- 10pm, 7am-10pm

About the Person You’ll Be Supporting & Your Role

You will be working across a shared supported living service comprising a block of nine flats, providing person-centred support to individuals with mental health needs. The role includes delivering personal care, offering dedicated one-to-one support, and promoting independence, wellbeing, and daily living skills within their own homes.
