Job summary

Catholic Care is hiring a Support Worker in Bradford to join our team delivering personal support to adults with learning disabilities. This full-time role involves weekend and bank holiday shifts, with a warm, supportive environment and a commitment to helping people live more independently.

You will be encouraged to develop professionally while making a meaningful difference in residents' daily lives, supported by a collaborative team and ongoing training.

• As a support worker, you will motivate and encourage, ensuring the delivery of personal support to the residents, encouraging choice, participation and motivation, enabling them to live the life they choose.

Job Title: Support Worker - Full Time - 37 hours per week

Salary Details: £26,045 - £26,879 pro rata (based on qualifications and experience)

Post: Full Time (shifts patterns to include weekends and bank holidays)

Location : Bradford
