Job Description: We are currently searching for support workers, who share our core values of patience, respect, compassion, understanding and adaptability, who will be fully committed to the young people we support.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the safety of the young person

• Establishing emotional engagement with the young person

• Assisting the young person with personal care

• Planning and participating in activities and outings

• Transporting the young person to meetings, school, appointments, etc.

• Preparing meals for the young person

• Maintaining cleanliness and order in the home

You must:
