National Care Group is recruiting a Support Worker to join Affinity Supporting People South Limited – Burnley. You will work with young adults who have complex needs and support them to fulfil their potential in a compassionate, respectful way.

You will help plan daily tasks, assist with personal care and basic routines, and participate in activities and days out. A rewarding role where you can make a real difference and grow within a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships by listening, discussing, and planning goals with individuals.
• Help plan daily tasks and assist with cooking, cleaning, and errands.
• Assist with personal care and medication administration if required.
• Plan and participate in activities and days out to promote independence.
• Support each person to increase independence wherever possible.
