National Care Group Limited in Christchurch is recruiting a Support Worker for Little Amberwood at Apple House to support young adults with complex needs. You will help with daily tasks, personal care, and community activities within a compassionate team.

The role offers full-time hours up to 42 per week and a pay rate of £12.86 per hour, with annual earnings around £28,086 based on 42 hours. Paid training and career development are available.

Responsabilidades

• Build positive relationships with people by listening, discussing, and then planning goals and ambitions together.
• Help plan daily tasks and assist with practical activities such as cooking, cleaning and running errands.
• Assist with personal care, which may include support with eating and administering medication.
• Help plan and participate in any exciting days out they wish to enjoy.
• Make a positive impact on someone's life by supporting them to become more independent wherever possible.
