Job summary

Sanctuary Supported Living is recruiting a Project Worker at Station Mews, 1-12 Lion Street, Telford, Shropshire, TF2 6AF, to support people with learning disabilities in a compassionate, community‑minded team.

You will provide one‑to‑one support, promote safety, assess needs, and help with group activities; NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards it is required.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities or high needs.
• Empathetic and able to relate to people with diverse needs.
• Able to work effectively under pressure and maintain accurate records.
• Proficient technology/IT skills (Microsoft Office and similar).

Responsibilities

• Support customers with learning disabilities to build independence and reach their potential.
• Provide one-to-one support when needed.
• Promote safety through risk assessments and regular reviews.
• Assess needs and update support plans.
• Deliver small group activities to support recovery and wellbeing.
