Job summary

Dimensions is seeking a Support Worker to join a small team caring for three young women aged 18–25 in Stambridge, Rochford. You’ll help them build independence, support activities in the community, and assist with daily tasks in their flats within the same building.

The role offers part-time contracts from 15 to 45 hours per week and requires a full UK driving licence with access to a car. You’ll be supported with training and a rolling four-week rota including mornings, afternoons, evenings

• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with individuals
• Excellent communication skills in a supportive care setting
• Patient, positive attitude with a focus on potential in others
• Willingness to be active, adaptable and respectful in varied situations

Responsibilities

• Support three young women to build independence and life skills
• Assist with medication administration and meal planning
• Maintain records and help access interests and relationships
• Provide care with guidance from Positive Behaviour Support as needed
