Job summary

Snap Care seeks two female Carer/Support Workers to assist Hilary in KT11, Surrey. You will support an adult woman with complex healthcare needs including an Acquired Brain Injury, providing companionship, daily care and respectful, patient interaction.

Shifts: 36 hours (Wed, Thu and Sunday night) or 24 hours (Sat-Sun, including waking nights). A clear English voice, non-smoker status and relevant care experience are required; a driver is highly preferable.

Qualifications

• Care experience with adults.
• Acquired Brain Injury experience.
• Experience of, or understanding of, mental health.
• Female candidates only due to client's needs.
• Non-smoker/vaper.
• Candidates must speak English clearly for client communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate day and waking-night support.
• Respect client’s pace, choices and need for space.
• Assist with activities, companionship and daily routines.
