Job summary

Special People is seeking a reliable Support Worker to provide 1:1 community support for a 20-year-old autistic young man with a PDA profile in Wimbledon. The role requires a driver and access to a car for local activities.

The position runs on Tuesdays, 10:00am-3:00pm (5 hours per week). You will help the client access the community, build confidence, and develop social skills toward greater independence with long-term consistency.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting autistic young people.
• Driver with access to a car.
• Willingness to learn about PDA profiles.
• Reliable and able to commit long term.
• Available Tuesdays 10:00–15:00.
