Autism Initiatives is seeking a dedicated Support Worker (Driver) to join the team in Blackpool. The role requires a valid UK driving licence and a commitment to helping autistic individuals lead active, independent lives.

You will support people to participate in activities, promote wellbeing, and assist with daily living tasks within personalised care plans. Training is provided, and a values-based environment supports staff development.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid UK driving licence.
• Experience in autism support is not required as full training is provided.
